Hair Transplant Prices<\/h2>\n

Typically, the cost of a hair transplant can range from around \u00a33,000 to \u00a315,000 and sometimes more. One day procedures are typically anything up to 3,000 grafts at most and can cost up to \u00a36,000. Two day procedures are needed when the number of grafts needed are from 3,500-4,000 grafts. This can cost from \u00a36,000 up to \u00a310,000. Of course, the number of grafts needed varies from patient to patient thus the price will also range based on this. After all, everyone has different levels of hair loss at different places, so this has to be taken into consideration when pricing a hair transplant.<\/p>\n

This kind of treatment is one of the\u00a0most popular types of hair transplantation method<\/strong>\u00a0in the UK. Typically, the price of\u00a0FUE<\/strong>\u00a0can vary depending on which clinic you use. What is more, the price is dependent on the extent of the hair loss problem and how much work is needed to rectify the hair loss issue.<\/p>\n

Many hair loss sufferers can expect to pay around \u00a35,000 \u2013 \u00a36,000 for this procedure. Of course, this pricing is approximate as each patient will have different needs. As a general guideline, this kind of treatment will cost about \u00a31.89 to \u00a33.99 per graft\/hair follicle. This is one of the most affordable kinds of transplant.<\/p>\n

Follicular Unit Transplant (FUT)<\/h3>\n

Hair replacement surgery can also be undertaken via the\u00a0FUT<\/strong>\u00a0method. This is where the hair is taken from a donor area and grafted onto the scalp in \u2018strips\u2019. This allows the hair to grow under the strips and can be a permanent solution to hair loss problems. As the donor region is healthy, the hair can grow back in its place.<\/p>\n

The onset of\u00a0FUE<\/strong>\u00a0transplantation means that this kind of surgery is deemed more invasive, but it is a cheaper solution to hair transplant surgery. On average, this surgery can cost over \u00a34,000 in total which varies depending on the extent of the surgery needed. The cost per hair follicle is around \u00a32 to \u00a35.\u00a0We do not recommend<\/strong>\u00a0this method as it leaves a large scar on the client\u2019s scalp.<\/p>\n

Direct Hair Implant Technique (DHI)<\/h3>\n

The\u00a0DHI<\/strong>\u00a0hair transplant technique is the latest in cutting edge hair transplant technology. With this new innovative technology, hair is encouraged to grow, this is done by extracting living hair follicles and implants them in the balding area.<\/p>\n

This ensures that hair growth can be stimulated in the best possible way. This surgery can cost in the region of \u00a36,000. Typically, the cost of this treatment per follicle is roughly \u00a32 to \u00a36.<\/p>\n
