Very good service, kevin was helpful through the start of the process and answering all questions i had. 4 days before... the operation the hospital location was changed. i had already booked and paid for a hotel near the other hospital but kevin said they would cover my hotel costs and taxi fare to and from the hospital as it was very last minute change, very professional compromise to what i thought at start was a bad circumstance, this added to a good service. From the initial consultation all the way through to having my transplant carried out the level of service and... professionalism has been first class. From initially making an enquiry to booking my appointment Kevin has been fantastic keeping in regular contact and... answering any quiries I had. Dr Kalra and his team were great on the day of surgery, extremely professional and attentive to my needs. Made the experience as relaxing and painless as they could. I Had a hair transplant 10 days ago at HTG’s Edinburgh clinic and everything so far has been great. I had 1750 FUE... grafts done which took approx. 7/8 hours and was carried out by Dr Kalra and his team who were very professional and did a brilliant job. There is zero pain after having this procedure and I’m looking forward to the next 12 months of strong growth! One week on from having a FUE hair transplant, and I'm already delighted with how it is looking. My donor area is... healing over nicely and my grafts are settling.Kevin promptly answered my initial inquiry and got me booked in for a day which suited me at the Edinburgh clinic. Dr Kalra wax my surgeon and within minutes of having met him, his experience and expertise was clear to see. The technicians and staff at the clinic were also very friendly and skilled. The only slight improvement I would have is that it would be good if patients were able to speak to their surgeon before their transplant day.I'd recommend HTG to anyone in central Scotland looking to have an FUE procedure done.read more

I had reached out after coming across Hair Transplant Glasgow on Google.After an initial consultation and... competitively low price I decided to pay a deposit and was promised a quick surgery date in Glasgow and was very much looking forward to that day.Once the deposit was paid the problems began, I then realised this is not based in Glasgow.It appears to be a broker service in which Kevin is an intermediary who co-ordinates surgeons and clinics.The issue with this of course is that in my case it became very hard to get any sort of date confirmed, I was asked if I could travel to England or Edinburgh then was told I would need to wait for Glasgow.Eventually after waiting a number of months I asked to cancel and be refunded, of which the refund took 5 weeks to process.I would add though that Kevin himself is pleasant to talk to & does respond when contacted.read more

When having the consultation he was very efficient and knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions I had. He was also very quick in getting back to me if I had any questions leading up to the day of the surgery. On the day of the surgery Dr Kalra and the team were brilliant throughout the day. They were really friendly and helpful and Dr Kalra kept me informed of the different stages of the surgery and answered any questions I had before and after the procedure. I was given the details of the clinic from a friend who had a DHI procedure carried out and after seeing his results... decided to opt for similar procedure to remedy my Alopecia Areata. From start to finish my procedure was described in detail and the options available to me clearly explained. The staff and facilities at the practice were exceptional and made me feel at ease throughout. The procedure itself was painless and took approx 2.5 hours in total with after care and follow up instructions clearly outlined to me. My experience at HTG Glasgow was very good. From arriving to the building the facility was very clean and new looking... so first impressions was great. Sat down in the consultation room designing where I wanted the hairs was very professional and I was pointed in the right direction and given advice. The procedure itself was pain free and half way through we took a lunch break which was very nice.
